Login to your hosted chat management interface at  https://<your_link>.hosted.chat

Click “Settings” on Menu in the top menu bar

Click on "Sites" right beside "Global settings"

Click on the "settings" icon for the site you want to customize

General Tab:  Allows you to enable/disable chat widget, and customize some of the actions available.

Text and Info: Allows you to change the default text boxes (For use of dirrerent languages)

Theme: allow you to change colors and the overall display type for your widget.

Departments: Assign departments (and the agents associated with them) to your live chat site.
