Login to your hosted chat management interface at https://<your_link>.hosted.chat
Click “Users", We're going to be adding a new agent:
Click on the Plus "+" button in the bottom right
Fill in the new Agent Dialog box:
Agent name Display name
Email address
Chat color Agent's phone number (optional)
New password Confirm new password
Agent's photo (optional)
Select which sites/departments the new agent will be assigned to
And click "Submit"
Now all you need to do is convey your new agent's credentials to them, and tell them to login to your lifetime.chat interface.
