Download the extension installation file here:

https://my.lightspeedtech.com/download/category/3/Integrations.html

Once installed, go back to the main manu and click on Modules: https://www.screencast.com/t/apkDfUyHpB0

Click on "hosted Chat" module

Get your live chat code from your .hosted.chat administrative panel. Login to your hosted chat management interface at https://<your_link>.hosted.chat

See basic video here: https://www.screencast.com/t/XJTgniLaEoLS

PAste the site code into the field provided.

Click on "save" : https://www.screencast.com/t/pgQS0jBFNUX

Assign the tool to the pages you wish (Menu assignment)

MAKE Sure to assign the module a position on the page (far right menu)

https://www.screencast.com/t/WANgp2pPmjI

The plugin includes the script on every page. There is option in backend to decide which pages the script should load on and as well as the position in which the module have to be added. `The position doesn't matter. It will work on any position regardless but the position specified should be present in all pages`, otherwise the script won't be executed.

Click on "save" and check your site for your new chat widget!
