Once you have signed up and paid for your new account, Lifetime.Chat will send you an email with login information to get connected to your billing and services interface.

If you have not yet received a welcome email from our team, please open a ticket with teh email address you signed up with, and our team will send those login credentials right to you. You can open a support ticket by sending an email to lifetimechat@lightspeedtech.com

Or you can open a ticket from our website at https://my.lightspeedtech.com/submitticket.php Be sure to choose the right department.

Once you have logged into the Members Center, please click on the "Services" circle in the middle of the screen.

Next, click on your "Lifetime.Chat" upgrade product that needs to be setup. It should display "(unregistered)" under the product name. Click the product name or the "Active" to continue. For the upgrade, you want to choose the package with the triangle in front of it "∆". This indicates an "upgrade" and not a full package by itself..

 In hte resulting screen, choose the package you wish to apply the upgrade to, and click "Activate" and your newly upgraded Lifetime.Chat will be ready to go.
