Login to your hosted chat management interface at https://<your_link>.hosted.chat
Click “Settings"
Under "Google Map API Key" fill in your Google Maps API string. If you do not already have one, use the link directly under the feild to get an API key from Google:

You can adjust the default zoom setting, and then click "save". This will allow you to see your geographical demographic information at the bottom of the dashboard screen:
