At some point, you may want to have your lifetime.chat tools work for another website / product / organization. This is where you will want to add a site to your interface so you can assign unique departments and agents to the site.

Login to your hosted chat management interface at  https://<your_link>.hosted.chat

Click “Settings” on Menu in the top menu bar

Click on "Sites" right beside "Global settings"

Click on the plus "+" button in the bottom right of the page.

Fill in the fields of the "New Site" dialogue box including Title, Site URL, email address (all manditory) and you can also add a site logo here (optional)
