A project cannot be created without a background as eCover components (text, objects, images) need a foundation that is provided in the form of a background color or image/design.

However, a project can be downloaded without a color or image/design background:

  1. Open the desired project in the editor

  2. Preview your design

  3. Click the 'Download' option

  4. Select .png format

        


The downloaded project file will only include the specific eCover, Kindle cover or CD/DVD cover without a visible background area.

Please Note Transparent backgrounds are only available in .png format.
